If so then you need to get Picasa2 from www.picasa.com. It is a Digital Photo Management System. It is soooo nice and it is free. I have been using it for a couple of weeks. It is fantastic. It organizes all of your digital photos and also has some editing features. It has about 15 different effects you can apply to pictures; so no need for Photoshop. The best part is that it is free!!! Give it a go fools, or else...
