The Great Higginbotham Annual Gathering had 2 twists this year:
1. Gammy and Grampa were set to head on their mission a week later. We needed to Ultimate Party.
2. Lucy Love needed a name and a blessing.
In other news, I have a cool hat.
Olivia sewed the little red heart on the front of Lucy's blessing dress. It was hearwarming to see her sitting on a chair in the sunshine, working diligently, sewing with a smile.
Thanks to all of our family and friends for traveling all the way up to Heber to share our special day. Wasn't it grand!?

Heck yes! We had so much fun. Thanks for being my awesome sis in law. We need to come down and visit. I'm hoping TH got some Mo-Tab Christmas concert tickets...
What is it with you Higginbothams producing ridiculously beautiful children? How can the rest of us hope to compete?
Gregerton, I'm eight years ahead of you in my baby making career. If it's any comfort to you, it at least won't be a side-by-side competition.
What a wonderful personality miss Lucy Love has. She was well worth the wait. Is she my favorite grandchild? I keep forgetting who my favorite one is. It is too hard to choose so someone else has to choose. Granny G
