I recently sold some of my old dj gear that wasn't being used much. Now I have some extra cash and I'm thinking of buying an Xbox 360. Leah is almost on board and I need your help to convince here that this is a good idea.
Here are 10 reasons to get an Xbox 360:
1. Watch Lost, Office, AD and all other TV shows on the TV while sitting on the COUCH.
2. Replaces DVD player
3. We can downlaod movies, tv shows and music without visiting the store.
4. Games
5. Listen to music in the front room
6. Karaoke
7. Picture shows in the front room
8. No more huddling around the computer
9. It will help me to relax
10. It looks nice
Please post some helpful hints so that Leah will commit.

You need to have Leah log on to KSL.com and have her read the article about children who play video games are becoming wonderful surgeons because they can do laser surgeries just like a video game. That may be the best reason to get a Xbox 360. Just think, this could make Gage a surgeon and then with all the money that he makes, he could take care of you when you get older!!!

OK, as far as the X-box goes, I just have 2 words for Leah-
FREE BABYSITTING! Just plug it in and let the babysitting begin. Just kidding, but really though, Dilionare has been extra good this year and deserves a little something extra special for his efforts.

I'm making him a human being as we speak! Isn't that a good enough reward? If not, what have I been doing all this work for?
My wife came on board awhile ago - here's what she loves:
1. It helps me relax and I am less cranky with her.
2. It is fun for friends/family when we have guests.
3. One word: TETRIS
4. Two words: Viva Pinata
5. Download HD movies, shows, etc. - the only way to way HD content without buying an expensive player.
6. They have Colbert Report, Daily Show, Lil Bush, and other great Comedy Central shows on Xbox Live.
7. Xbox Live Arcade!!! - Contra, Settlers of Cataan, Frogger, Lumines Live, and my favorite Zuma! Great family fun games for everyone to enjoy.
8. Family settings - block certain movie ratings (R) from being played; control who plays what on the system, etc.
9. Halo 3
10. Picture sharing - we use this all the time to show pictures to friends and family instead of huddling over a computer.
well Cory just got a 360 and he used all those same reasons. We have had it for a couple of weeks and so far we have rented a movie on it which was most convient since i didnt have to remember to return anything. Also i am dangeroulsy addicted to guitar hero... I love that game. great bonding time when the kids are sleeping! Plus if cory does play it when they are awake its just music so not bad for the kids to see... porter likes to dance to it. Although then porter wants to play, which is pretty funny since he cant relaly do it. but hey a ghood time by all! good luck in your quest to get one.
Oh and also since we only have one computer I can be on here and cory can be on there so he doest get bored when I am doing all my evening blogging/ picture uploading/ photoshoping/googling random things.....
